أحدُ أكثر الفعّاليّات تحقّقاً شاملاً في العناية الحديثة بالبشرة. يُعزّز إنتاجَ السيراميد لتقوية الحاجز، ويحجب نقلَ الميلانين إلى الخلايا الكيراتينيّة ليُفتّح اللونَ غير الموحَّد مرئيّاً، ويُقلّل إنتاجَ الدهون، ويُساهم باستقلاليّةٍ في تخليق الكولاجين. يعمل بتكاملٍ مع فيتامين C في هذه التركيبة: فيتامين C يُثبّط إنتاجَ الميلانين من المصدر، والنياسيناميد يحجب نقلَه لاحقاً — يستهدفان البُقَعَ الداكنة من الاتّجاهَين.
أسكوربيل غلوكوسيد
شكلٌ من فيتامين C مُستقرٌّ بالغلوكوسيد يتحوّل إلى حمض الأسكوربيك النشط داخل البشرة دون عدمِ استقرار الأكسدة أو خطر تهيّج حمض الأسكوربيك الحرّ — أمرٌ مهمٌّ عند الدمج مع النياسيناميد. يُحفّز تخليقَ الكولاجين في الخلايا الليفيّة عبر مسارٍ يعتمد على prolyl hydroxylase مستقلٍّ عن آليّتَي Syn®-Coll وMatrixyl، مُقدّماً مسارَ تحفيزِ كولاجين ثالثاً يعمل في آنٍ معاً. يُحَييد الجذور الحرّة ويُفتّح مرئيّاً مع الاستخدام المنتظم.
المادكاسوسيد والآزياتيكوسيد
أبرزُ نوعَين من الترايتربين الحيويّ في السنتلا آسياتيكا. المادكاسوسيد أظهر في دراسة 2022 أنّه يُقلّل فقدانَ الماء عبر البشرة بـ42% في بشرةٍ مختلّةِ الحاجز خلال 48 ساعة. الآزياتيكوسيد يُعزّز تخليقَ كولاجين I وIII عبر تفعيل الخلايا الليفيّة ويُقلّل السيتوكينات المُسبّبة للالتهاب التي تُفكّك مصفوفة الكولاجين. معاً يُقدّمان أساسَ إصلاح الحاجز ودعمِ الكولاجين تحت الفعّاليّات الببتيديّة.
حمضُ الهيالورونيك
هيالورونات الصوديوم متعدّدة الأوزان الجزيئيّة تعمل على عمقَين في آنٍ معاً: HA عالي الوزن يُشكّل طبقةً سطحيّةً نافخةً فوريّة تُخفّف الخطوطَ الدقيقة خلال ساعات؛ HA منخفض الوزن يخترق إلى الأدمة حيث يكون الجفافُ البنيويُّ محرّكَ تدهورِ الكولاجين. الترطيبُ العميق يُنشئ أيضاً الظروفَ المثلى لببتيدات Syn®-Coll وMatrixyl للوصول إلى الخلايا الليفيّة المستهدفة.
الماءُ الجليدي السويسري
ماءٌ جليديٌّ ألبيٌّ سويسريٌّ فائق النقاء يحوي طبيعيّاً السيليكا والكالسيوم والمغنيسيوم النادرة. المصفوفةُ المعدنيّة لكلّ تركيبة سيرين سويس — تُقدّم قاعدةَ ترطيبٍ حيويّة تدعم العمليّاتِ الإنزيميّة لتخليق الكولاجين وتُحافظ على بيئة الـpH التي تعمل فيها ببتيدات Syn®-Coll وMatrixyl بتركيزاتها السريريّة الموثَّقة.

غسول أورورا — حافظي على الحاجز
نظّفي بأورورا صباحاً ومساءً. يجب أن يكون الحاجزُ سليماً — الحاجزُ المُجرَّد أو المُخلَّ يُقلّل اختراقَ ببتيدات Syn®-Coll إلى الأدمة بدرجةٍ قابلةٍ للقياس. لا تستعملي أبداً غسولاً مُجرِّداً قبل هذا المصل.
تونرُ الجليد — هيّئي الـpH أوّلاً
طبّقيه فوراً بعد الغسول واتركي 20-30 ثانية. تونرُ الجليد يُعيد البشرةَ إلى نطاق الـpH 4.5 الذي تخترق فيه ببتيدات Syn®-Coll وMatrixyl 3000® إلى طبقة الأدمة حيث يحدث تخليقُ الكولاجين. هذه الخطوة هي ما يجعل مصلَ الـAED 680 يستحقّ AED 680.
دفّئي 3-4 قطرات بين راحتَيكِ
ضعي 3-4 قطرات على راحةٍ واحدة. اضغطي الراحتَين معاً ودفّئي لـ3-5 ثوانٍ. الدفءُ يُفعّل ناقلاتِ البالميتويل الدهنيّة التي تربط ببتيدات Syn®-Coll وMatrixyl — يُحسّن ألفتها للطبقة القرنيّة وعمقَ الاختراق.

ابدئي من أعلى الصدر، اكنسي صعوداً إلى الرقبة، ثمّ اضغطي عبر الوجه متحرّكةً من المنتصف إلى الخارج. الضغطُ (لا الفرك) يدفع المنتجَ إلى البشرة دون احتكاكٍ ميكانيكيّ. اعملي على خطّ الفكّ، الخدَّين، والجبهة حيث يكون فقدُ الكولاجين أكثرَ وضوحاً.
انتظري 60 ثانيةً قبل الكريم
انتظري 60 ثانيةً كاملة. هذه هي النافذةُ التي تُفعَّل فيها إشارةُ محاكاة TGF-β1 في Syn®-Coll استجابةَ الخلايا الليفيّة. تطبيقُ الكريم فورَ المصل قد يُشكّل طبقةً عازلة قبل أن تُكمل الببتيداتُ هجرتَها عبر البشرة. ثمّ اختمي بكريم إيدل-ستيم.

المصلُ والكريم مُصمَّمان كزوج. النياسيناميد في كليهما يعمل بتكامل — الكريم يختم ما يُرسّبه المصل ويُضيف حمايةَ خلايا إيدلويس الجذعيّة فوقه.
لوميير SPF 50
التعرّضُ للأشعّة يُلغي الكولاجين الذي يبنيه المصل. يُطبَّق كلَّ صباح كطبقةٍ خارجيّة بعد الكريم — الحمايةُ التي تُحافظ على الاستثمار.
