Next Day Delivery

Address Accuracy

Returns & Exchanges

Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- Returns are not accepted for opened skincare products due to hygiene and safety regulations
- Returns must be initiated within 7 calendar days of delivery
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

- Items purchased as part of final sale promotions
- Digital gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We may request photos for verification before processing a replacement or refund.
