اسحبي بحركاتٍ صاعدة من أعلى الصدر إلى الرقبة إلى الوجه، مُتحرّكةً من الوسط نحو الخارج. الحركةُ الصاعدة تعملُ مع التدفّق اللمفاوي بدلاً من عكسِه، وتُقلّل من الاحتكاكِ الدقيق على البشرة الناضجة الحسّاسة الذي يُسبّبه التطبيقُ بحركةٍ نازلة.
صباحاً: لوميير SPF 50 كخطوةٍ ختاميّة
أعطي الكريمَ دقيقتَين للامتصاص، ثمّ طبّقي لوميير SPF 50. الإيدلويس يبني مقاومةً للأشعة من الداخل — لكنّ واقي الشمس يبقى الحاجزَ الخارجيَّ الأساسي ضدّ الأشعة في كلّ صباح دون استثناء. تحت شمس الخليج تحديداً، هذه الخطوةُ غيرُ قابلة للتفاوض.
