Next Day Delivery

Orders placed before 3:30PM qualify for next day delivery in the UAE. This applies only to business days and excludes public holidays.

Tracking & Notifications

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address and contact information are accurate at checkout. SÉRÈNE is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in every purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

- Returns are not accepted for opened skincare products due to hygiene and safety regulations

- Returns must be initiated within 7 calendar days of delivery

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

- Opened or used skincare products

- Items purchased as part of final sale promotions

- Digital gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We may request photos for verification before processing a replacement or refund.
